The A-G Courses Report displays the A-G course records that have been uploaded into OnDataSuite. It serves as a reference list of all imported A-G courses and their associated course information.
Note: This report displays imported course records only. It does not perform A-G completion calculations, validations, or determine whether students have met A-G requirements.

The A-G Courses Report displays one row for each imported A-G course record.
Information may include:
- College Board Course Code
- School Name
- Course Record ID
- Course Title
- Transcript Abbreviation(s)
- Course Number(s)
- Course Length
- A-G Subject Area
- Discipline
- UC Honors Designation
- CTE Industry Sector
- CTE Pathway
The report reflects the contents of the uploaded A-G course file exactly as it was imported into OnDataSuite.

The A-G Courses Report displays information imported into OnDataSuite from the district’s A-G course upload.
The report displays imported course information exactly as provided in the source file and does not perform additional calculations or validations.
If course information requires correction, updates must be made in the source data and the revised file re-imported into OnDataSuite.

The report includes several tools to help locate and review course records.
Search Courses
Use the Search Courses field to quickly locate courses by information such as:
- Course Title
- Course Number
- Transcript Abbreviation
- College Board Code
- Subject Area
- Other displayed course information
Display Count
Use the Show drop-down menu to select the number of course records displayed on each page.
Column Sorting
Click any column heading to sort the report by that field.

The report displays a searchable table containing one row for each imported A-G course.

| UC Honors Designation | Indicates whether the course is designated as a UC Honors course. |
| CTE Industry Sector | Associated Career Technical Education industry sector, when applicable. |
| CTE Pathway | Associated Career Technical Education pathway, when applicable. |
π How to Interpret This Report
The A-G Courses Report is designed as a reference report for reviewing imported A-G course records.
Each row represents a single course included in the uploaded A-G course file. The report does not determine whether a course satisfies student graduation requirements or calculate A-G completion status.
Instead, use this report to verify that course informationβincluding subject areas, honors designations, and CTE pathway informationβhas been imported accurately.
If a course appears incorrect or is missing from the report, update the source A-G course file and re-import the data into OnDataSuite.
