As a registered user in OnDataSuite you may change your password at any time by following the steps outlined below. This process requires that the user already knows their current password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To reset your password, log into to OnDataSuite and locate the 3 horizontal bars at the top right of the page by your name. (Also called the hamburger menu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Click to view the drop down options and select \u201cMy Account\u201d
NOTE: Only users with Administrative Access will have the \u201cAdministrator\u201d option.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Select\u00a0 \u201cYour Profile\u201d from the\u00a0Your Account Settings<\/em>\u00a0navigator, left-hand side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Enter the \u201cNew Password\u201d and \u201cConfirm Password\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Make sure to click the \u201cUpdate\u201d button at the bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IMPORTANT NOTE:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0OnDataSuite does not have a record of \u201csaved\u201d passwords. Therefore, if you have forgotten\u00a0your password, you will need to contact another designated OnDataSuite user from within your organization with Administrative rights to help you reset your password.
