The report can also be opened by clicking on the report title hyperlink.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Share <\/strong>&#8211; Share the report with any other OnDataSuite User(s) or User Group that has been created.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drag users or click on the green arrow to add users to the Shared Users list, and click&nbsp;<em>Share.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user(s) with whom the report is shared will receive an email notification with a link directly to the shared bookmark report.  The user who performed the share will also receive a carbon copy email that was sent to the shared user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/manuals.ondatasuite.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Bookmark-Share.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8422\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>LEA Cloud Sharing <\/strong>&#8211; Share an ad hoc or detailed list bookmarked report in the &#8216;cloud&#8217; where any OnDataSuite client from any LEA can run or grab the report. <em><strong>Note:<\/strong> This action only works for ad hoc and the majority of detailed list reports, not custom or data validation reports.<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name &#8211; Report Title<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tags &#8211; Tags help categorize for searching capabilities\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can share the report with multiple tags by using a comma to separate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As you type, review the dropdown box below to see if there are already some tags to associate the report with<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description &#8211; Be as descriptive as possible so that others will know what the ad hoc report contains<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<em>Post&nbsp;<\/em>to save ad hoc report to the cloud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Note:<\/strong> Author information will automatically be stored for display in LEA Cloud Sharing including Author Name, Author District, Author Region, and Contact Email Address<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/manuals.ondatasuite.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/LEA-Cloud-Sharing-Pop-Up-Box.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11907\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rename <\/strong>&#8211; Rename the bookmarked report title.\u00a0<em>Bookmark titles will also be changed for shared users.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong> &#8211; Delete the report. The report<em>\u00a0will also be deleted for shared users.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add Folder<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use folders to organize reports into categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>+ Add Folder<\/strong>, <em>Name<\/em> the folder, and click&nbsp;<em>Create Folder<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After creating a new folder, drag and drop the report into the folder.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"353\" src=\"http:\/\/manuals.ondatasuite.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Drag-and-Drop-1024x353.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The bookmarked report will move from the <strong>My Reports<\/strong> area to the new folder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Folder Options<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Action items<\/strong> (menu or right-click on appropriate folder):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Share <\/strong>&#8211; Share the folder (includes all reports contained in the folder) with any other OnDataSuite User(s) or User Group that has been created.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drag users or click on the green arrow to add users to the Shared Users list, and click&nbsp;<em>Share.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user(s) with whom the folder is shared will receive an email notification.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"339\" height=\"257\" src=\"http:\/\/manuals.ondatasuite.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Bookmark-Share.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rename <\/strong>&#8211; Rename the folder title.
