๐Ÿ“Š How to Interpret This Report

The i-Ready ELA List Report is designed as a student-level reference report for reviewing imported i-Ready assessment records.

Each row represents a single assessment administration for an individual student. Students may appear multiple times if they completed multiple assessments during the school year.

One of the most useful fields in the report is Overall Relative Placement, which indicates how a student’s performance compares to grade-level expectations.

Common placement levels include:

  • 3 or More Grade Levels Below โ€“ Significant intervention may be needed.
  • 2 Grade Levels Below โ€“ Performing substantially below grade level.
  • 1 Grade Level Below โ€“ Approaching grade-level expectations.
  • Early On Grade Level โ€“ Beginning to meet grade-level expectations.
  • Mid or Above Grade Level โ€“ Meeting or exceeding grade-level expectations.

Lexile measures and Lexile ranges can help educators identify appropriate instructional reading levels, while domain-specific results provide additional insight into individual reading skills.

Because this is a list report, results are displayed exactly as they were imported into OnDataSuite and are not aggregated or recalculated.

If assessment information appears incomplete or incorrect, verify the source assessment file and re-import the corrected data into OnDataSuite.
