The SAT List Report displays all SAT assessment records that have been imported into OnDataSuite. Because this is a list report, it presents the imported assessment data in a searchable, tabular format without performing additional calculations or analysis.

The SAT List Report displays one row for each imported SAT assessment record.

Depending on the information included in the College Board data file, the report may display:

  • Student identifiers
  • Assessment Date
  • Report Date
  • Grade Level at the time of testing
  • SAT assessment scores
  • Additional demographic and testing information provided by College Board

The report reflects the imported data exactly as it was received from the source file.

The SAT List Report displays information imported into OnDataSuite from the College Board SAT electronic score file.

The report displays imported assessment information as provided by College Board and does not perform additional calculations or modify the imported values.


๐ŸŽ› Filter Options

The report includes search and filtering options that allow users to locate assessment records by commonly used fields, including:

Assessment Date

Displays the date the student completed the SAT assessment.

Assessment dates are reported in YYYY-MM-DD format.

Report Date

Displays the date the score record was generated by College Board.

When multiple records exist for a student, the Report Date can help identify the most recently generated score record.

Grade

Displays the student’s self-reported grade level at the time the SAT was taken.

Common values include:

  • Grade 8
  • Grade 9
  • Grade 10
  • Grade 11
  • Grade 12
  • No longer in high school
  • College
  • Unknown or No Response

Additional search capabilities are available for other fields displayed within the report.
